the PinoyUK forum
Ariel Sagum and I have set up a website meant to be the community page for Filipinos living in the UK. We've managed to do the initial bits but are stalling on the actual execution. This isn't for a lack of enthusiasm over the project; ever since Van, Raj, Anj and I, moved by the film Imelda, decided to do something about the state of the country I've quietly tried to move things along. Ariel's been a great help, but then again we all have day jobs; and there's nothing like the present to obscure the future.
Having said this, I'll be taking some action this week and mailing the PinoyUK forum for ideas. Maybe we can all stop sitting on our hands and make some real progress.
Or maybe not. Either way.
