One of the morning's jokes making the rounds via text (see? it isn't an exclusively Pinoy thing to text jokes) is the following:
London trains are on schedule - city definitely not back to normal.
Things have quieted down, though people are definitely nervous; "suspicious packages" being found right and left and police swooping in at the slightest suspicion. Out here in Weybridge it's as if nothing happened.
Meanwhile halfway round the world, Arroyo's cabinet has been forced to resign - apparently by Arroyo herself (to pave the way for a reshuffle); meanwhile people are gathering for the inevitable deathwatch and the vultures (de Castro, Binay, other worthless shits) are circling. For f*ck's sake.
