"Birit queens"
Today's award for News Ten Years Too Late comes from the Inquirer's Entertainment Section. Nestor Torres talks about the "belters" of Philippine pop music - the Regines and Dulces - who sound as though they would either burst a vein or kill all the dogs in Manila with their renditions of Mariah Carey "ballads".
